Responsibilities
- Ensures trucks are properly inspected and positioned on weighbridge platform before weighing.
- Conduct regular internal weight verification check, daily weighbridge inspection and report any abnormality/fault to the Tank Farm Manager.
- Keeps the weighbridge office and surrounding clean in line with GMP and 5s philosophy.
- Takes accurate and adequate records of all activities in weighbridge office using the necessary form or log book in line with PZ Wilmar FSMS policy. Troubleshoots minor problems like restarting Delphi, desktop, etc.
- To perform all tasks in line with laid down QMS, GMP, GHP, HACCP and FSMS policies.
- To comply with all safety rules and regulations in the weighbridge and companywide.
- To ensure compliance with relevant QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
- To identify and rate aspects of the departmental activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment.
- CPO/COL receiving and transfer into designated storage tanks ensuring minimal VTAT and compliance with quality specification.
- Bulk product loading for trade dispatch to meet customers’ requirements on time and at high quality.
- Accurate and timely daily stock taking, flow meter reading and documentation of all oil movements.
- Responsible for all routine tank farm and pump house activities like tank heating, tank cleaning, connection of hoses/pipes, opening/closing of manhole, changeover, etc.
- Conducts daily valve/pipeline inspection and report any abnormality/fault to Tank Farm Supervisor.
- Keeps the tank farm, pump house and receiving station clean in line with GMP and 5s philosophy.

Job Title:Â Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Shift Operator

Responsibilities
- Regulate and control the flow of effluent through the plant by operating and adjusting treatment plant pumps, motors, blowers, and other equipment to maintain proper plant operations.
- Mix and add treatment chemicals and ensure adequate chemical application according to regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain, compile, and update plant operations logs, gauge readings, and reports during assigned shift
- Collect and document liquid and solid samples and perform a variety of routine water quality laboratory tests; work closely with the laboratory on testing processes; monitor laboratory results
- Assist in periodic maintenance work, including disassembly and repair of pumps, valves, flow meters, and other plant equipment
- Perform general plant facility maintenance, oil, grease, and clean equipment
- Participate in the development of goals and procedures for wastewater treatment activities
- Maintain factory cleanliness & orderliness at all times.
- Perform related duties as required
- Carry out continuous plant improvement program
