Job Title: Solutions Architect

Job Summary
- The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, integrating, and overseeing end-to-end technology solutions that align with Dag Industries’ business objectives.
- This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring all solutions are secure, scalable, and future-proof.
- The Solutions Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, outsourcing partners, and internal IT teams to deliver solutions in infrastructure, applications, integrations, and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical architectures.
- Design solutions spanning infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, integrations, and security.
- Produce architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, outsourcing partners, and internal IT teams to ensure alignment on solution objectives, constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate solution workshops with cross-functional teams and manage the flow of information between technical and business stakeholders.
- Present solution designs to executive stakeholders for review and approval.
Integration & Application Architecture:
- Design integration patterns for CRM and other custom applications.
- Develop API and middleware strategies to enable seamless data and process flows between platforms.
- Collaborate with outsourced development teams to ensure designs are implemented exactly as specified and meet quality standards.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Architect hybrid cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, and on-prem infrastructure.
- Recommend and design modern cloud-native patterns (e.g., serverless, containerization, microservices).
- Ensure infrastructure meets performance, resilience, and disaster recovery requirements.
Security & Compliance:
- Embed cybersecurity best practices in all solution designs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, local data protection laws).
- Work with security teams to design and implement zero-trust architectures and data protection strategies.
Governance & Standards:
- Apply architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) to ensure design consistency and reusability.
- Maintain architecture repositories, roadmaps, and design principles.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in architecture or solution design roles.
- Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architecture patterns.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and middleware.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate.
- Strong understanding of security architecture and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing relationships with outsourcing partners and internal IT teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of data analytics platforms and designing for BI / reporting.
- Pre-sales or client-facing solution design experience.

- The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer networks, and overseeing sales operations within an assigned region.
- The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with dealers and key customers, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded in the automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Set sales targets for dealerships and sales teams in the assigned region.
Dealer & Customer Management:
- Manage and support the dealer network to maximize sales performance.
- Negotiate dealership agreements, incentives, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular visits to dealerships to monitor operations, address issues, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Team Leadership:

- Dealer performance and satisfaction levels.
- Customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Market share within the assigned region.
- Achievement of stock turnover and delivery timelines.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ sales experience in the automobile industry, with at least 3 years in a regional or managerial role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of automobile sales, dealership operations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 monthly.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Own data pipelines end-to-end: Design, build, and maintain batch pipelines for all business units.
- Model the data: Implement robust data models that support BI, ML, and operational use cases.
- Manage storage layers: Create modern data lakes/lakehouses and warehouse schemas; ensure efficient partitioning, compaction, and cost control.
- Harden data quality: Implement tests, contracts, and observability (lineage, metadata, SLAs).
- Secure & govern: Apply best practices for IAM, data masking, encryption, and compliance with NDPR and company policies.
- Collaborate & enable: Partner with our business units to define datasets, publish documentation, and enable self-service.
- Automate the platform: Use CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code to provision and maintain data infrastructure reliably and use tools for workflow orchestration.
- Continuously improve: Profile workloads, tune jobs, and reduce costs while improving reliability and performance.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala (one or more).
- Database Management: Strong SQL and hands-on experience with both relational (e.g., Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL stores (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- ETL/ELT Processes: Proven experience designing and operating Extract–Transform–Load workflows (batch and streaming).
- Data Modelling: Solid grasp of data modelling concepts and techniques (OLTP vs. OLAP, dimensional modelling, normalization).
- Automation: experience in creating automation with scripting and Microsoft Power Apps.
- Cloud Computing: Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services for data engineering (e.g., S3/ADLS/GCS, EMR/Databricks/Synapse/BigQuery, MSK/Kinesis/Pub/Sub).
- Big Data Technologies: Practical familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Foundations: Git, Linux, containers; writing production-grade, testable code; clear documentation.
Nice to have:
- Airflow/Dagster orchestration expertise; dbt for transformations.
- Knowledge about lakehouse patterns (Delta/Apache Hudi/Iceberg) and columnar formats (Parquet).
- Data quality/observability tooling (Great Expectations, Monte Carlo, OpenLineage).
