Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers for quality products and competitive prices.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet store demands.
• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the inventory and accounts departments to ensure proper documentation and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• And other responsibilities that comes with the job.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience or similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• For Owerri residents only.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
