Job Title: Lead, Talent Management

Role Summary

  • The Lead, Talent Management will be responsible for driving workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance management, and career development initiatives across the organization.
  • This role requires a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in talent management within a multinational manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and forecast workforce requirements in alignment with the organization’s strategy and objectives, ensuring regular updates.
  • Maintain an accurate database of manning and grade levels across the company; proactively identify and update any deviations from approved structures.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (vacancy identification, advertising, candidate screening, testing, interviewing, and selection), ensuring alignment with the approved workforce plan.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to conduct comprehensive training needs assessments and develop annual training plans.
  • Drive the implementation of learning and development programs to address employee skills and competency gaps.
  • Oversee the organization-wide performance management system, ensuring effective evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify and implement career development interventions in collaboration with departmental leaders.

Requirements

  • First Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences or related fields is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience, including at least 4 years in a mid-management role within a multinational manufacturing company.
  • Relevant professional certification in HR Management (e.g., Chartered Institute of Personnel Management – CIPM, Senior Professional in HR – SPHR) is required.

Job Title: Head Financial Planning & Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Role Summary

  • The Head, Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and financial reporting processes across the organization.
  • This role requires a highly experienced finance professional with strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and control within a multinational FMCG/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage budget holders on annual business planning guidelines/assumptions and provide support throughout the planning process.
  • Coordinate the collation of budget inputs across the company, ensuring alignment with established guidelines across all plants and functional areas.
  • Oversee the preparation of the consolidated annual budget.
  • Monitor approved budget allocations by tracking revenue and expenditure, reporting variances on a monthly basis.
  • Drive periodic budget forecasting and recommend reviews where necessary.
  • Develop periodic and ad-hoc budget reports, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Manage the business performance monitoring and reporting process; liaise with units/departments to obtain data on defined metrics and generate monthly business performance statements, highlighting major deviations and risk areas.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for executive management.
  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain deviations from budget and forecasted performance.

Requirements

  • First Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or other business-related disciplines.
  • A Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
  • Strong competence in budgeting, forecasting, and proficiency in MS Navision (an added advantage).
  • Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, CFA, or other relevant certifications (required).
  • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years at management level in a finance role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in FMCG and multinational organizations is required.

  • Proven experience in FMCG production, with strong knowledge of yoghurt production processes.
  • Minimum of 10years’ experience in a production management role.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and food industry regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Role Summary

  • The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, and efficiency of all production machinery, utilities, and support systems within the beverage manufacturing plant.
  • The ideal candidate must have deep technical expertise and proven experience with Tetra Pak and Sidel production lines, ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance team in ensuring smooth operations, preventive maintenance, and repair of all plant machinery and utilities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a preventive and predictive maintenance program to minimize equipment breakdowns and optimize production efficiency.
  • Manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Tetra Pak and Sidel production lines, ensuring maximum uptime and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenditures and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising equipment reliability.
  • Coordinate with production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure continuous improvement in plant operations.
  • Oversee spare parts inventory management, ensuring availability of critical components for emergency repairs.
  • Lead troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence of equipment failures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on plant maintenance, downtime analysis, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience, within the beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in Tetra Pak and Sidel production lines (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of reducing downtime and implementing effective maintenance systems in FMCG/beverage plants.
  • Knowledge of modern maintenance methodologies (e.g., TPM, RCM, Lean Maintenance).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
