Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team in achieving revenue targets, driving property sales, and building strong client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will bring extensive real estate sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the property market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals and expand the customer base.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline – from lead generation to deal closure – ensuring consistent conversion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan campaigns that drive inquiries and footfall.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 9–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of real estate products, regulatory processes, and buyer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Existing network within the real estate ecosystem (brokers, HNIs, investors).
  • Experience in selling luxury residential or commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities
