Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Purpose
- Ensure efficient operation of distribution network to provide uninterrupted power supply to consumers.
Role Accountabilities
- Ensure that the programme of operation and maintenance of power distribution network in each undertaking are carried out as scheduled
- Responsible for supervising the line staff during the maintenance of all lines and Substation within the Undertaking
- Ensure that all faults and complaints are resolved adhering to safety, schedule and quality compliance
- Attend to faults on HT/LT lines and substations, take corrective action to resolve them and ensure, where possible, that they are not repeated in sub stations
- Responsible for reporting and analysis of all operations and maintenance related activities in the assigned location
- Comply with Quality Management System / Occupational Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs
- Perform other duties as requested by the Undertaking Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering field (Electrical/ Electronics/Power) with at least 6 years’ experience in the Power Sector.
- Post graduate qualification/ degree in power/ electrical engineering is an added advantage
- Possession of certifications in Engineering is required; Membership of a professional body is required e.g. NSE, COREN

Job Title: IT Risk & Control Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Purpose
- Will be responsible for ensuring the design and adoption of effective strategies for securing Ikeja Electric’s information assets, the supporting information, communication and electronic channel technologies, through the proactive assessment of risks, design and implementation of effective policies and standards and other risk mitigation and control initiatives.
Role Accountabilities
- Ensure that comprehensive risk assessments are performed for all the organizations’ information assets, supporting technical infrastructure and associated service and support processes, electronic banking products and services and supporting platforms/technologies.
- Ensure that comprehensive and effective risk treatment plans are developed and maintained for the organizations’ information assets, supporting technical infrastructure, and electronic payments applications, services and platforms.
- Provide risk management support for effective identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring recording and reporting of emerging risks in IT environment and technology related assets or projects in the organisation in line with modern IT risk management trends. S/he proactively tracks such risks and treatments and escalates significant updates for management attention.
- Ensure that a framework of policies, standards and procedures for information security and risk management are developed, implemented and maintained based on global best practices for information security management to protect the organizations’ information assets
- Ensure the implementation of adequate and effective security controls and processes that will safeguard the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the organization’s information assets and technology infrastructure.
- Ensure effective coordination/implementation support of all information security projects and initiatives including BCP/DRP relating to IT environment.
- Develop and implement awareness programmes and campaigns to promote information security consciousness and compliance across the organization.
- Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of an effective enterprise Business Continuity Plan.
- Develop and implement a process for achieving and maintaining compliance with the ISO 27001 international standard for Information Security Management
- Ensure that an effective process for managing information security incidents is defined and implemented.
- Collaborate with IT and Compliance teams leadership
Minimum Requirement
- A good First Degree or equivalent in science or social science field
- Relevant professional certifications in risk management
- Work experience in operational risk management in relevant sectors for a minimum period of 8 years
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity tools (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners, firewalls).
- Familiarity with cloud security solutions if relevant.
- Working knowledge of IT governance tools like GRC platforms

Job Title: High and Low Tension Operation & Maintenance Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Purpose
- Will be responsible for the day to day works related to operations and maintenance activities of high and low tension distribution network.
Role Accountabilities
- Assist in preparing and updating the route map for 33/11 kv underground cables
- Assist in formation of strategy for maintenance of the HT/LT lines to ensure that objectives of reliability and continuity of supply are met
- Assist in preparing the operations and maintenance reports weekly/monthly and annually
- Maintain and monitor the database on HT and LT lines, attends to faults, repairs and other operational/maintenance data for network performance improvement
- Develop and implement planned maintenance strategies and schedules for 33kV/11kV feeders, LV overhead lines, switchgears, and injection substations.
- Organize and coordinate daily fault clearing both on HT & LT overhead and underground network.
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of maintenance activities ensuring proper job assignment, timely execution, quality assurance, and documentation.
- Monitor all BU network fault clearing on both overhead and undergroun d network, tracking of pending faults across BU networks, and follow up with the NOMs to identify bottlenecks in resolution.
- Support and oversee periodic field inspections, deploying thermo vision cameras to identify hotspots , escalating critical defects and proposing corrective actions for deteriorating or unsafe assets.
- Organize and coordinate trace widening across the BU networks to increase network reliability.
- Organize and coordinate rendition of monthly tripping report s, submission of periodic maintenance reports to internal management and relevant regulatory authorities (e.g. NERC) ensuring transparency & compliance.
- Organize and coordinate data collation and analysis of the tripping reports across the BU networks, using same to monitor feeder tripping frequency and recommend HT & LT reconductoring and rehabilitation based on data insights.
- Maintaining cordial relationships with governmental agencies (e.g. LASIMRA, LASPARK, LASERC etc.) to ensure seamless operation across IE network.
- Encourage, foster and champion effective cross functional teamwork to align maintenance activities with network operations.
- Escalate fault re solution delays caused by materials constraints to the Head (O&M) and propose alternative closure strategies.
- Conversion of indoor to outdoor 33kV bus for network expansion and flexibility in line with TCN projects.
- Re arrangement of 33kV feeders and loa d evacuation from newly installed and commissioned power transformers at TCN stations.
- Organize and coordinate the installation of new isolators and auto reclosers as well as replacement of obsolete ones across IE network
- Comply with Quality Management System / Occupational Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs
- Assist in Carry out any other duties as requested by the Head of Department.
