Job Title: Networks Engineer

Job Summary
- Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Local Area Network (LAN) within the organization.
- Ensures the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure components.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, and other network appliances.
- Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and associated training for network resource administration and appropriate use.
- Participate in managing all network security solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and WWAN design and implementation.
- Experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
- Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
- Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
- CCNA Professional certification will be an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N330,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Facility Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
- The Facility Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of NETCO facilities, ensuring all systems and equipment (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, civil works, fire systems, and water treatment) are properly maintained, safe, and fully operational.
- The role involves supervising a multi-disciplinary team, implementing preventive maintenance plans, enforcing HSE compliance, and liaising with NETCO representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and carpenters.
- Ensure all facility maintenance work is carried out in line with approved preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Technical Oversight:
- Monitor operation and maintenance of electrical panels (ABB, transformers, switchboards, bus-bars), generators, HVAC systems (VRF/DX units), fire
- hydrants, revolving doors, water treatment and sewage systems.
- Conduct inspections of office buildings, ancillary facilities, and equipment rooms to identify and resolve defects.
Planning & Reporting:
- Develop, implement, and update preventive maintenance plans for all systems and assets.
- Maintain service records, inspection logs, and ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all personnel comply with HSE requirements, including PPE usage and safe work practices.
- Organize bi-annual HSE and technical training for maintenance staff.
Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison:
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for environmental and safety compliance (e.g., waste disposal, RMU clearance).
General Duties:
- Oversee AGO (diesel) receipt, storage, and daily tank refills without spillage.
- Ensure uninterrupted water supply, functional sanitary systems, and clear drainage within the premises.
- Supervise civil works, carpentry, and painting as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in facility management, building services, or industrial maintenance supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC operations, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent reporting, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- HSE awareness and commitment to enforcing safety culture.
