Job Title: Human Capital Management Officer (HCMO)
Location: Nigeria
Direct Report: Head, Human Capital Management
Role Summary
- The HCM Officer will support the Head of Human Capital Management in executing HR strategies, policies, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration in line with Business Goals and Objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisals and follow-up actions.
- Support training needs identification and learning programs.
- Support in ensuring compliance with our policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Business Administration or related field.
- 1 – 3 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Membership of CIPM (or working towards certification) is an advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Role Summary
- To drive and achieve Management’s set Business Goals and Objectives for HiiT Abuja Branch.
Key Accountabilities
Business Management Functions:
- Propose, Execute and Manage Business Plans and strategies to achieve Management’s set Business Objectives.
- Optimally manage all Resources (Human Resources, Marketing, Assets, Customers, General Operations, etc.) of the Branch to achieve set Objectives.
- Provide effective and efficient Business Leadership that are result-oriented to ensure business growth.
- Set and Maintain productivity standards at par or higher than existing policies.
- Periodic Business Performance Evaluation.
- Enhance and Sustain Brand reputation with focus on HiiT Abuja Branch.
Marketing Management Functions:
- Responsible for actualization of set Branch’s Marketing and sales Goals/Objectives.
- Manage the lead generation and conversion process to achieve S/N 1 above.
- Utilize Digital marketing skills (social media platforms and digital marketing tools) to enhance brand Visibility and acceptability.
- Continuously research and identify market trends and opportunities in order to remain competitive and profitable.
Core Competencies & Skills:
- Business Management Skills.
- Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.
- Have Strong Digital Marketing and negotiation skills.
- At least intermediate skills in the use of MS Word, Excel, and good use of Zoom and Zoho Platform.
- Excellent Customer Relations Management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
- Creativity and strong drive for excellence.
Experience and Qualifications
- First Degree in any field (2/2 minimum). First Degree or MBA with specialization in Marketing is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2-year proven experience in Business Management in a corporate environment.
- Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.
