Employment Type: Full-time

Role Specification

  • Lead design, testing & implementation of electrical systems.
  • Oversee FEED, MTO, SLDs, UPS distribution, bid reviews & compliance.
  • Mentor and grow an engineering team.
  • Collaborate across mechanical, software & project teams.
  • Manage budgets, risks, and client relationships.

Requirement

  • BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • 10+ years’ experience (5+ in leadership).
  • Strong technical expertise in circuit design, power & control systems.
  • Proficiency with CAD, CAE, ETAP, SKM Power Tools, Siemens NX.
  • Solid leadership, project management & communication skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA & safety regulations.

Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 monthly.

  • Strong technical knowledge of fishing tools, downhole services, and well intervention.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and industry-specific software.
