- Oversee FEED, MTO, SLDs, UPS distribution, bid reviews & compliance.
- Mentor and grow an engineering team.
- Collaborate across mechanical, software & project teams.
- Manage budgets, risks, and client relationships.
Requirement
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 10+ years’ experience (5+ in leadership).
- Strong technical expertise in circuit design, power & control systems.
- Proficiency with CAD, CAE, ETAP, SKM Power Tools, Siemens NX.
- Solid leadership, project management & communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA & safety regulations.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and industry-specific software.
