Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to increase sales of the outsourcing account and lead our team of drivers and trucks.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation, sales, relationship-building skills, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop a comprehensive sales outsourcing strategy to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and evaluate potential sales outsourcing partners based on their capabilities, track record, and alignment with our company value.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, finance) to define sales targets, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs) for outsourced teams.
  • Close sales deals and manage accounts for successful take-off and implementation.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Track and report key sales metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for optimization and improvement in the outsourced sales process.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to outsourced teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.

Relationship Building:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with sales outsourcing partners, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Ensure seamless communication and information flow between internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that outsourced sales efforts reflect the company’s brand, values, and quality standards.

Financial Management:

  • Ensure timely payment of statutory bills of outsourced clients.
  • Coordinate proper filing and record keeping.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, account management, or outsourcing management role, focusing on sales.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and negotiating with third-party vendors or partners.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Net Monthly

Job Title: Account Receivable Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Invoicing and Billing:

  • Generate and send out invoices to customers promptly.
  • Ensure all invoices are accurate and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Track and resolve billing discrepancies.

Collections:

  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments.
  • Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers as necessary.

Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Customer Relationship Management:

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present detailed ageing reports and accounts receivable summaries.
  • Analyse accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports as needed.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in accounts receivable management.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations as required.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage or (Final Stage)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable experience.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Develop supplier selection strategies, organize negotiations with suppliers, and sign contracts.
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize the procurement commercial and cost baselines for categories, and ensure the competitive advantage of categories in terms of costs.
  • Distribution and assurance of delivery resources: Take charge of the sourcing of managed categories, build the pattern of delivery resources, and ensure stable delivery. Develop delivery resource assurance measures, make arrangements in advance to match supply and demand, coordinate supplier resources to support successful project delivery, and prevent major delivery and quality problems.
  • Supplier relationship management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, organize and implement procurement activities such as supplier qualification, selection, performance management, portfolio management, collaboration, and development, and ensure that the supplier obtains a relatively competitive edge in procurement.
  • Establish a sound internal control environment, implement internal control measures, ensure operation security, and ensure internal and external business compliance.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND graduated from any related field.
  • At least 5 years of procurement-related work experience, good cross-department promotion and execution capabilities,
  • familiar with project delivery processes, and familiar with business knowledge and procurement models in the communications industry.
  • Be proficient in commercial and compliance knowledge and understand basic financial and tax knowledge.
  • Strong project management ability, proficient in project management methods, good organization and communication skills, procurement and business negotiation experience. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
  • Have good risk control awareness, be able to quickly identify risks, and develop risk control solutions.
