We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Merchandiser

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal visibility and appealing displays of Erisco Foods products in all assigned retail outlets in accordance with brand standards.
  • Build and maintain Strong working relatioships with store managers, supervisors and retail staff to enhance cooperation and product positioning.
  • Regularly monitor inventory levels on shelves and in back stock; coordinate with sales officers or distributors to ensure timely restocking and product availability.
  • Gather and report customer feedback, buying behaviour and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in implementing in-store promotions, marketing campaigns and other consumer engagement activities to boost product awareness and sales.
  • Submit accurate daily activity reports covering stock status, display updates, customer feedbacks and salesinsights to supervisors and sales team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent in Business, Marketing or any related field.
  • At least 1 – 2 years experience in merchandising, retail sales, or FMCG fieldwork.
  • Good understanding of retail operations and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Must reside in or around Agege, Lagos.

  • Erisco Foods Limted is seeking a result-driven and strategic Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Port Harcourt.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high performig sales, and fostering strong relationships acrosss the distribution network.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the market landscape, excellent leadership, and a proven ability to deliver on sales target.

Key Responsiblities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area sales targets in allignment with company objectives.
  • Supervise, mentor and support sales respresentatives within Portharcourt and its surroundingensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, wholesalers and retailers to strengthen market market presence.
  • Conduct regular maket research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential threats.
  • Oversee the timely collection of payments, ensuring compliance with established credit policies and minimizing financial risk.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performnce analysis to senior management, offering insights for data-driven decision.
  • Collaborate with the marketting team to enchance brand presence and drive customer engagement across Portharcourt and its surrounding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketting, Business Administration or related field
  • Professional Certifications in sales/nmarketing will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years sales experience in FMCG, with atleast 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of distribution network and retail dynamics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skils
  • Proficient in Mcrosoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools

Job Summary

  • Erisco foods limited isseeking a proactive and detail oriented Microbiologist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible be for ensuring product safety, quality and compliance with regulatory standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • To conduct routine microbiological and chemical testing of products and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor quality across raw materials, in-process and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate and complete test records and documentation.
  • Perform regular equipment calibration and maintenance checks.
  • Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
  • Work closely with production for quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Microbiology, Food microbiology, Food Science and Technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant QC role.
  • Good knowledge of Food Safety Standards.
