We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the company’s facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities (preventive and corrective).
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services (e.g., cleaning, security, power, repairs, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets for facility operations and monitor expenditures.
- Coordinate space management, office setup, and refurbishment projects.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships within the media and entertainment industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate organizations, and direct clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, and marketing) to align business goals with service delivery.
- Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee agency sales, direct sales, and client services while ensuring targets are met.
- Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or client services within the media industry (broadcast, digital, or advertising).
- Strong network and relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and corporate clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Leadership and team management experience will be an added advantage.
