Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and execution of Business Intelligence (BI) strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts and BI professionals.
- Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Executive teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree / MBA preferred).
- 6–8 years’ progressive experience in BI, data analytics, or enterprise reporting, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
- Proven success in leading data-driven transformation projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and strategic advisory skills.

- At least one professional compliance certification: CAMS, CFCS, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Understanding of forex market operations and international payment systems (SWIFT, remittances, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
