Job Summary

  • We are expanding our team and are currently seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the vacant position in our Lagos Office.
  • The desired candidates should be driven and passionate female professionals who should be ready to join our dynamic team immediately.
  • The Customer Service Personnel will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • She must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communications via phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
  • Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and service performance.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and feedback.
  • Support other departments with customer-related insights and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
