• The Human Resources (HR) Intern supports employees and managers on important issues such as hiring, relocation, benefits, careers development, performance and compensation. Responsibilities

Job Title: Completions Field Supervisor / Senior Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Description

• The Completions Field Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and optimization of Completion designs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and follow up on Completion equipment preparations.
• Prepare Completion programs and run technical reviews.
• Troubleshooting and service quality follow up.
• Job analysis and closure.
• Mentoring of Junior field personnel.

Experiences and Exposures

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in Lower, Upper, Gauge, Intelligent completions and liner hanger installations.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in Completions with at least 10 installations as supervisor.
• Ability to run;
  • Lower Completion (SAS, Cased and Open hole gravel pack jobs, Formation Isolation valves).
  • Upper Completion (Single and dual string, Safety Valves, Packers, Intervention).
  • Liner hanger (cemented and uncemented liners, Polish mills, tieback installations).
  • Permanent downhole gauges and Intelligent completion.
• Experienced in redressing Completions equipment.
• Experienced in downhole hydraulics, running tubular design and analysis simulations.
• Experience in land, swamp, offshore and deep-water environments.
• Strong work ethics, QHSE culture and customer focused.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
• Results and service focused.
