Job Description

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing facilities within a healthcare or hospital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and records.
  • Manage and reconcile HMO claims and payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments from patients, HMOs, and corporate clients.
  • Supervise the billing and collections team to ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
  • Develop and implement internal control systems to safeguard hospital assets.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee payroll administration, statutory deductions, and remittances.

Qualifications and Experience
