Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at TFH, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have an outstanding dining experience. Your duties will include:

  • Understanding and adhering to restaurant policies regarding staff and customers.

  • Ensuring customers enjoy their time at the restaurant and promptly resolving any complaints.

  • Maintaining strict compliance with service standards and procedures.

  • Providing all necessary tools and resources to deliver top-notch customer service.

  • Managing and updating the Customer Service database regularly.

  • Interacting directly with customers via phone, email, walk-ins, or other channels.

  • Identifying the root cause of customer complaints and providing the best solutions.

  • Following up on issues to ensure complete resolution.

  • Escalating unresolved matters and ensuring timely completion.

  • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and recommending other offerings.

  • Recording customer interactions and submitting daily reports to the Restaurant Manager.

  • Updating the customer complaints tracker to monitor service quality.

  • Collecting feedback on meals and services and implementing improvements.

  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality during all customer interactions.

  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in service delivery.

  • Knowledge of food portioning and packaging processes.

  • Receiving, processing, and packaging orders from social media, e-commerce platforms, and phone calls.

  • Updating menus on all e-commerce platforms as required.

  • Processing payments using Odoo software.

  • Providing regular reports on deliveries, customer experiences, and other metrics.

  • Supporting the restaurant in achieving service excellence and operational goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • OND, SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification.

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
