Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead the HR department, drive talent development, and ensure strong workforce planning and compliance.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and structure
  • Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Oversee payroll, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
  • Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
  • Drive employee engagement and training programs
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary matters

Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, including leadership role
  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the MD.
  • Ensure the MD is aware of and prepared for all scheduled commitments.
  • Take detailed minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.

  • Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Ability to write simple marketing captions and posts.
