Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project meetings, trainings, and field activities.
- Support development and tracking of work plans, activity calendars, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress of activity implementation and flag delays or risks to supervisors.
- Coordinate with technical, monitoring, finance, and administrative teams to ensure timely implementation of activities.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
- Maintain documentation and filing systems for project correspondence, activity reports, and key program documents.
- Support travel/ venue logistics, procurement requests, and participant coordination for trainings/meetings.
- Manage office supplies, equipment requests, and administrative transactions related to project operations.
- Assist in collating and synthesizing information for donor reports, monthly updates, and internal briefs.
- Maintain trackers for activity implementation, budgets, and deliverables.
- Support development, processing and formatting of presentations, memos.
- Communicate with implementing partners, government stakeholders, and facility contacts to support activity coordination.
- Follow up on action items and documentation needed from partners.
- Assist with onsite and virtual event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Support adherence to donor and organizational standards for procurement, travel, branding, and reporting.
- Assist in collecting data and documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and M&E processes.
- Maintain trackers and timelines to ensure timely submission of compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project administration or program support (public health preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with meeting coordination, documentation, and logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email tools, and administrative systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Produce accessible and visually compelling communication products including infographics, videos, fact sheets, presentations, and storytelling content.
- Translate technical evidence into concise reports, policy briefs, advocacy messages, and knowledge products for policymakers, donors, and communities.
- Lead media engagement including press releases, radio programs, newspaper articles, and community sensitization messages.
- Work with technical teams to design and package user-friendly operational manuals, job aids, and multimedia training materials.
- Adapt materials into multiple formats (print, audio, visual) and support iterative review with stakeholders and pilot sites.
- Coordinate dissemination events, webinars, online conferences, and high-level policy dialogues.
- Manage digital communication channels for REACH-OUT and related activities.
- Support partner organizations to harmonize project messaging and visibility materials.
- Contribute to scientific manuscript development for peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide technical editing, quality assurance, and formatting support for research teams.
- Support preparation and design of conference abstracts, posters, and presentation materials.
- Translate technical findings into communication products that support national scale-up planning through proven scale-up models.
- Prepare communication materials for research-policy workshops and national dissemination events
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in communication for development, public health communication, or knowledge management.
- Proven experience in scientific writing and peer-reviewed manuscript development is an added advantage.
- Experience producing multimedia communication materials (videos, infographics, storytelling content).
- Demonstrated capacity to translate complex health or research information for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or donor-funded projects is an advantage.
Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong graphic design or content creation ability (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of immunization, maternal and child health, or digital health (desirable).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to document MNCH innovation implementation processes, tools, and lessons, including the PPH bundle and related interventions.
- Capture case studies, implementation experiences, success stories, and lessons learned from facility adoption of key MNCH innovations.
- Lead creation of standardized templates and systems for documentation, after-action reviews, and learning notes.
- Design and operationalize knowledge sharing platforms such as digital repositories, newsletters, and dashboards
- Disseminate learning products to internal teams, Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMOH), Lagos State Primary Healthcare Board
- Support the development of policy briefs, job aids, clinical tools, and learning packages to accelerate innovation uptake.
- Facilitate learning sessions, reflection meetings, and peer-learning collaboratives across implementing facilities and LGAs.
- Track uptake of MNCH innovations using structured learning agendas.
- Support implementation science activities to identify barriers, enablers, and scale-up pathways.
- Collaborate with M&E/SI leads to triangulate routine HMIS/DHIS2 data, facility observations, and qualitative insights.
- Support the development of dashboards or data visualization tools to track readiness, adoption, and fidelity to MNCH innovations.
- Promote routine evidence use for decision-making across state-level and facility platforms.
- Develop communication materials such as success stories, briefs, infographics, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Manage knowledge dissemination channels and ensure branding compliance.
- Support advocacy efforts to sustain the adoption of targeted MNCH innovations across the Lagos State health system.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, Knowledge/Information Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in knowledge management within public health programs, ideally RMNCAH.
- Demonstrated experience producing knowledge products (case studies, briefs, SOPs, learning packages).
- Familiarity with MNCH service delivery innovations and PPH bundle implementation.
- Strong writing, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital KM tools and platforms.

Job Title:Â Finance Senior Associate

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Implements and reviews appropriate systems that provide for funds accountability and accurate charging against appropriate grants budget at the State offices.
- Ensures compliance with various local laws and maintain financial files and support annual audits.
- Supports the financial operations and financial reporting of the various projects, providing guidance and technical assistance on financial management.
- Supervises the Finance Associate, Assistant and Clerks at the Lagos office, including providing training/mentoring on CIHP’s internal policies and requirements and donor guidelines, rules and regulations
- Works with relevant departments on integrated management of program finances ensuring effective use of resources and achieving program objectives in compliance with donor requirements
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance with membership and certification in professional association i.e. ICAN, ACCA or recognized equivalent is a requirement.
- 5+ years in Financial Management experience with at least 5 years of NGO experience in a similar position in a CDC/USAID funded project.
- Working knowledge of USG rules and regulation including HSS grant policy, 45 CFR 75, A122 other donor regulations, GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) with strong financial accounting, modeling and analytic skills to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis of information to management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Tally Prime accounting software for reporting purposes and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other computer-based applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to articulate results and recommendations of analysis to a variety of audiences within the organization (for example, laterally across peers, upwards to senior management).
- Strong written and verbal communications skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively with program staff and stakeholders across organizational boundaries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to be able to accept and discharge substantial responsibilities, to prioritize work assignments, to meet deadlines, and to exercise professional judgment.
- Exhibits a positive and professional demeanor in and outside of the workplace that exemplifies and furthers the mission, vision and values of the program

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development of engaging and effective communication media materials for social and traditional media channels such as Newsletters, press releases, success stories, social media posts etc.
- Facilitate, collate, and harmonize weekly activity work plans from all thematic leads
- Manage the SharePoint location for all State level mentoring and supportive supervisory visits to health facilities and ensure timely uploads of reports as well as tracking of action points
- Ensure timely collation, reviews, and submission of monthly thematic program reports and key accomplishments within 5 working days of the succeeding month
- Monitor the implementation of the programmatic scope of work by all project sub-recipients
- Liaise with state teams to develop, review and obtain approval for direct support funding to all supported health facilities and community service coordination centers
- Facilitate the review and approval of quarterly state operational float budgets
- Liaise with thematic leads to ensure at least one success story/ testimonials from each programmatic area is developed, reviewed, edited and approved every quarter
- Work with CIHP state office teams for field visits and activities when required and ensure proper documentation of program activities such as testimonials from stakeholders and beneficiaries.
- Provide social media, press and other digital analytics across communications channels and recommend adaptations to enhance reach and organizational visibility
- Support the design, proof reading and editing of programmatic reports, factsheets and related materials
- Manage a SharePoint to organize, and maintain CIHP’s communication material/library: videos, photos, reports, consent forms, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Program Management, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in program management or similar role
- Experience working in the field of health programs including HIV, Tuberculosis, Maternal and Child Health programs is an advantage
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including other relevant design software
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with teams to develop creative concepts
