Job Description

  • We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand the organization’s market presence.
  • The candidate will play a critical role in developing partnerships, increasing patient engagement, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop strategies to increase patient registration and corporate client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and growth strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Work closely with management to align sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in business development or sales.
  • Healthcare or service industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.

Job Summary

  • Provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director by managing schedules, meetings, travel, correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle emails, calls, and confidential correspondence.
