We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Remote
Reports To: Ebube Godwin and Designated Stakeholders

Role Summary

  • The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will manage and grow the digital presence of Dominion City Church Scarborough, Ebube Godwin’s personal brand, and affiliated platforms, including YouTube channels (Dominion City Scarborough, Ebube Godwin, and Thrive TV). The role covers content creation, platform management, audience growth, and digital strategy across all assigned channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and others assigned)
  • Plan, create, edit, schedule, and publish content (graphics, videos, reels, shorts, captions, and stories)
  • Manage and optimize YouTube channels, including uploads, thumbnails, descriptions, and analytics
  • Edit and distribute sermons, teachings, events, and brand content across platforms
  • Engage online audiences, monitor messages/comments, and build community
  • Support promotions for church programs, events, campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Track performance metrics and provide basic reports and insights
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure message and brand alignment
  • Handle additional digital media, branding, or communication tasks assigned

Role Flexibility:

  • This role is dynamic and may expand or change based on ministry growth, business needs, or tasks assigned by Ebube Godwin and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong video editing and basic graphic design skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and platforms effectively
  • Organized, creative, and deadline-driven
  • Alignment with Christian values and ministry work.
