Operating primarily through counter-service and drive-thrus, it focuses on rapid food assembly from pre-prepared components, ensuring consistent, affordable meals delivered in minutes. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Prepare LPOs promptly to the vendor along with the delivery schedule
  • Always confirm the specific required material before purchase
  • Support the ProcurementManager in developing a robust procurement and vendor management system to support the strategic objectives of the Organization.
  • Device and deploy useful sourcing strategies for the Organization.
  • Evaluate suppliers, sourcevendors, negotiate supplier agreements, and manage supplier and vendor contracts
  • Support in controlling spending and building a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
  • Monitor company purchases and deliveries to determine if goods are defective or not meeting performance demands.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve procurement activities.
  • Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls, and processes.
  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
  • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
  • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.

Requirements& Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
  • Good understanding of sourcing strategies, market research, and cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/procurement software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Well-presented and professional.

Summary

  • We are seeking a hands-on and disciplined Production Manager to oversee daily kitchen and production operations, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient workflows, and timely service delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in food production within a QSR or hospitality environment and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Kitchen Operations:

  • Oversee daily food production activities to ensure timely preparation and availability of menu items.
  • Ensure strict adherence to approved recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
  • Monitor production output to meet daily sales demand while minimizing waste.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene across all production activities.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate kitchen and production staff.

  • Promote teamwork, punctuality, and accountability in line with company values.

Inventory & Resource Management:

  • Plan and manage raw material usage to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and expiry dates to maintain food safety standards.

Quality Assurance & Food Safety:

  • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations and internal quality procedures.
  • Conduct routine checks to identify and correct quality or hygiene gaps promptly.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure staff comply with hygiene and safety requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance turnaround time.
  • Support process improvements that align with speed, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree (Food Science, Hospitality, Business, or related field is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food production or kitchen operations, preferably within a QSR, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
