1). Hospital Development Manager – Expatriate
- Lead the overall development process of the greenfield hospital project, from initial planning to final completion and operationalization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government authorities, healthcare professionals, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the hospital’s design, construction, and equipment meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and effective utilization throughout the development process.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to assess the healthcare needs of within the country, competition analysis, and potential revenue streams for the hospital.
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with local healthcare providers, NGOs, and community organizations to ensure the hospital’s services align with the specific healthcare needs.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a diverse team of professionals to support the hospital’s development and operationalization, including project managers, medical staff, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Develop and implement robust operational policies, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth and efficient hospital operations once the facility is operational.
- Oversee the procurement and installation of medical equipment, supplies, and IT systems, ensuring they meet quality standards and support the hospital’s clinical and administrative functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the hospital development project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital development, preferably in resource-constrained environments or developing countries.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices, particularly in the context of developing countries.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals towards a common goal.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including government officials, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
2). Marketing Manager
- Responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing plan at a Group Level.
- Oversee the entire marketing function and work closely with a lean team to achieve our marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy: Create and implement an integrated marketing plan that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and targets key audiences. This includes identifying target markets, conducting market research, and defining marketing goals and KPIs.
- Lead and manage a small marketing team: Provide leadership and guidance, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and ensure team members have the resources they need to succeed.
- Drive brand awareness and positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels. Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and effectively position the company’s products and services in the market.
- Execute marketing campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase sales. This includes managing content creation, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and other relevant marketing channels.
- Measure and analyze marketing performance: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing performance. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various internal stakeholders, including sales, facility management, accounts and HR, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Collaborate on product launches, promotional activities, and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and evaluate the performance of external agencies or contractors when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Identify innovative marketing strategies and tools that can be leveraged to gain a competitive edge.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience 8+ years in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
- Previous experience in a similar senior role
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a small team.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Solid understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and branding principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
