Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Uyo (Contract)
Department: Corporate Services & Development
Reporting Line: Assistant Manager, Support Services

Responsibilities:

The administrative assistant will be responsible for the following.
Administrative Services

 Provide administrative support for all operational activities
within the region.
 Provide general office administration services, including stock
replenishments for stationery, office materials, etc.
 Assist in directing and planning essential services such as
reception, security, maintenance, mail, cleaning, fleet
management and waste disposal at the Warehouse, Guest
House and other locations in the region.
 Monitor the cleanliness of the internal and external
environment of MainOne guest house and the warehouse
within the region (including sewage & debris disposal).
 Ensure timely payment of utility and facility-related
bills/invoices for the warehouse and guest house within the
region.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

 Coordinate inventory Management activities at the Company’s
warehouse in Uyo
 Work closely with the project team to process Material
Requisitions and issue equipment/materials from stores to
support projects, operations, and customer provisioning
activities.
 Coordinate receipt of orders from vendors and confirm quality
and quantity are in line with Purchase Order issued, carry out
checks with the project team/user unit to generate Goods
Received Notes from the ERP.
 Update physical records (Bin Cards) for inventory items for
projects and operations. Also, keep records of delivery notes
and other relevant physical inventory records.
 Carry out periodic stock count of inventory items, reconcile
physical stock with system balances working with Inventory
Management Lead.
 Trigger re-ordering of critical stock to avoid stock out of item.

 Support local logistics for the movement of inventory items
within regional stores.
 Work closely with Support Services and Logistics vendors to
move items from store locations to the region for projects and
operations.
 Provide periodic activity reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
on tasks and assignments.
 Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Qualification:

 OND/HND/BSC in any relevant discipline
 Minimum of 2 years working experience required

 Proficiency in MS Office Applications
