Position: Assistant Project Analyst / Assistant Bid and Tender Analyst (Fresh Graduate)

Overall Purpose of the Job:

The primary objective of this role is to support the company’s business growth endeavors by assisting in the compilation of bids, project analysis, and data collection, analysis, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all our product and service offerings, both technically and commercially.
• Collect pertinent information and craft reports, tenders, and presentations aimed at securing contracts for the company in ongoing and upcoming major projects.
• Coordinate meetings pertaining to major projects with E&P Companies and our partners.
• Aid in the preparation of bids and proposals.
• Support the review of tender documents and gather necessary materials for bids.
• Assist in preparing pre-qualification bids containing standard company information.
• Contribute to the compilation of technical bids.
• Assist in accurately costing projects.
• Assist in consolidating and compiling commercial bids.
• Ensure proper electronic document control.
• Maintain records of all bid quotations and submit them to clients in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development of work plans and proposals for project improvement processes.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing as needed.
• Document and analyze required information and data.
• Collaborate with senior project analysts to ensure project objectives are met.
• Update the register of major projects as necessary and distribute it to relevant parties.
• Prepare and deliver agreed-upon reports on major projects to the manager as scheduled.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Numerate Science disciplines such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, etc.
• Recent graduates in specified fields with at least a Second Class Upper degree.
• Ability to pay attention to details and demonstrate meticulousness.

• Understanding of project management principles.
