What the Job is About:

They need someone who is really good at sales to join their team as a Sales Caller. This job is all about calling different kinds of businesses to tell them about the cool services Raphael Group offers and getting them to sign up. If you’re good at making sales by calling people you don’t know and making friends with them, then they want you! Being a good Sales Caller means you can convince businesses to try their services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be calling a list of businesses that they already have to tell them about the services and try to get them to buy. Calling businesses will be your main job. You’ll need to be good at talking to people on the phone when you’re calling.
You’ll also look for new businesses online and on social media like LinkedIn and Instagram that might want their services. Finding new leads online is important for a Sales Caller.
You’ll talk to businesses that have already shown some interest and keep talking to them in a friendly way. Following up with leads helps a Sales Caller make more sales.
- You’ll help make the scripts you use when you call even better so you can make more sales. Good sales call scripts help a Sales Caller know what to say.
- You’ll keep track of all the calls you make, who you talked to, and what happened each day. Keeping good records is part of being a responsible Sales Caller.
- You’ll tell them how well you’re doing each week and try to meet the goals they set for you. Meeting goals is important for a Sales Caller.
What They Need From You:

You need to have:

- You should have worked with businesses or customers in places like the US, UK, and Canada before. Knowing how businesses work in the Western world is helpful for this remote job.
- You need to be really good at talking to people and convincing them. Strong communication skills are key for a Sales Caller.
