The SAP Young Professional Program
The SAP Young Professionals Program is a two-month initiative offered by SAP’s Digital Skills Center. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with the necessary certifications and soft skills to kick-start their careers as SAP Associate Consultants. Upon completion, SAP will closely collaborate with program graduates to introduce them to various opportunities with SAP customers and partners for employment as SAP Consultants.
SAP Consultants
The role of an SAP Consultant encompasses two functions: Functional and Technical. Consultants contribute to the blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of S/4 HANA projects. They provide expertise in business processes and functions, along with project guidance to clients, ensuring that their investment in SAP software and consulting services leads to optimal business performance. Consultants are responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction, cultivating referenceable customers, and fostering relationships through analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and other efforts.
Certificate Information – RISE with SAP
RISE with SAP is a comprehensive offering aimed at helping enterprises develop new business models, achieve efficiencies, and transform critical systems. It includes:

Requirements for Candidates
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must have legal authorization to work in Nigeria
- Must be currently unemployed or employed in a non-permanent role unrelated to career aspirations
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Engineering
- Preferably graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile (proof may be requested)
- Must have a keen interest in starting an SAP-related career involving travel
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- The program will commence in mid-July 2023, and full-time availability from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the two-month training period is essential
- The training will be conducted online in a virtual live classroom format, so reliable internet access is necessary
