Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program at Stanbic IBTC Group aims to train and develop young professionals for our future. It’s a special chance for young, talented individuals who are eager to build a fast-tracked career and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Trainees will work in different roles and locations, handling more complex tasks over time.
- Applicants should be enthusiastic about starting a career at Stanbic IBTC.
- Trainees will start in Lagos but may work in other departments and places across Nigeria.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Must have at least a Second Class Upper (or similar) Degree from a recognized University.
- Need a minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English) in GCE, NECO, or equivalent exams.
- Should be under 26 years old at the time of hiring.
- Must have completed NYSC and hold a discharge certificate.
- Clearly state Date of Birth, Gender, and Degree Class.
Knowledge / Technical Skills / Expertise:
- Good at coming up with ideas, thinking creatively, and analyzing things.
- Friendly and helpful to customers.
- Must be able to use computers well.
- Should have at least intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
