💼 Job Summary
The Station Manager will make sure everything works well at the station. The Station Manager will use people and tools the right way. The Station Manager will also make sure that everyone follows Rainoil rules. A Station Manager must help the station grow and serve more customers.
🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities
The Station Manager will check daily sales and money records at the station.
The Station Manager will write reports and share them with the Retail Sales Head.
The Station Manager will help station workers sell more fuel and oil.
The Station Manager will work with the marketing team to get more customers.
The Station Manager must follow safety and health rules at all times.
✅ Requirements
A BSc in Social Sciences, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related courses.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business, or fuel station work.
The Station Manager must know how to use Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
The Station Manager must be honest, hardworking, and motivated.
Must have 6 O’Level credits in one sitting, including English and Math.
Must be ready to work at a filling station.

The Station Account Officer will take care of small cash at the station. The Account Officer will make sure money that comes in and goes out is counted and recorded correctly.

The Account Officer will write down all cash received and spent.
The Account Officer will help with bank deposits and cash payments.
The Station Account Officer must give daily and weekly money reports.
