Job Title: Accountant

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Preparing customer invoices and reconciling customer accounts within the general ledger
  • Preparing the monthly receivables statements.
  • Making copies of any cheques or bank slips received and ensuring they have been appropriately filed.
  • Following up on customer invoices, and ensuring they have been received
  • Post receipts to the appropriate account and verify the details of the transaction.
  • Monitoring customer account details for irregularities, delayed payments, and non-payments, and reporting this to the Finance Manager.
  • Communicating regularly with the customer either through the phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Providing support to other members of the finance team.
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Maintaining historical records and adequately storing and filing documents.
  • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks
  • Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
  • Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT, and numerical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement accounting systems
  • Solid understanding of financial statistics and Accounting Principles
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Experience with SAGE “PEACHRY” would be advantageous

Job Title: Plant Supervisor

  • Follow up with vendors, contractors, and clients on project updates and implementation
  • Provide regular progress updates
  • Supervise on-site implementation
  • Provide Technical support for projects
  • Validate items/ materials for project implementation
  • Manage Vendors, Contractors, and Clients
  • Provide technical drawings for project implementation
  • Provide Technical support for the admin department with office facility management.
  • Collect and analyze necessary data ( which includes but is not limited to generators, gas consumption, power consumption, power losses on the line, and efficiency ratings for equipment)
  • Engage in technical discussions and site visits for new businesses.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide technical advice
  • Propose technical design/plan for new business

Job Title: IPP Operator

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the PRMS, Capture and share necessary reports including but not limited to temperature, flow, level, and pressure gauges)
  • Monitor Gas pressure and availability
  • Proper escalation of issues to the right channels
  • Liaise with third-party operators for the smooth running of the power plants
  • Liaise with Customers on reports and availability.
  • Carryout daily observations of the IPP cable route
  • Maintain a regular log of entries of hourly readings from the temperature, pressure, flow, level gauges, and the HV meter within the facility
  • Manage on-site visitors and ensure they are safety compliant
  • Apply all safety procedures outlined by the company for successful operations in plants.
  • Safety compliance of all operators and visitors at all times is required.


  • HND / B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
  • Power system operations, instrument operations and control, gas plant operations, knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Gas generator operations, gas plant operations, IPP operations
