Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Proven experience of digital marketing and graphics design
• Plan and manage all digital marketing channels for the company’s products and services
• Good knowledge of ad saving tools
• Create strategize and manage multimedia /email/sms marketing campaigns
• Develop videos and create multimedia content and post online
• Consistency of messages on all platforms/channels
• Make sure the company is always online with the most cost effective channel
• Skilled in creating content writing
• Optimize content for websites and social networking channels
• Work on SEO and PPC of website pages
• Create and design web that defines what the company does
• Monitoring performance
• Effectively communicate with online customers and clients
• Generate likes and followers on all social media platforms
• Generate qualified Leads for the Business Development Teams
• Promote company products and services digitally
• Create file folders for all digital activities and save them accordingly to a google drive
• Proficient video editing and posting
• Design fliers and banners for printing and soft copy messaging
• Create website Traffic and measure site traffic, identify, and evaluate new technologies

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in computer sciences, Marketing, Business Admin.
• Good understanding of digital marketing
• Knowledge of software solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent content writing skills
• Must have at least 3 years of digital marketing skills.

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Negotiate costs and agreements of products and services of the company
• Execute the accounting process with the best accounting practices
• Coordinate internal and external financial resources to expedite workflows
• Manage financial communication between staff and management
• Maintain and keep records of financial data base of clients, customers, partners, and vendors
• Effectively manage existing and new customers accounts
• Monitor sales targets and ensure the company’s revenue continues to grow
• Attend sales meetings to provide progress updates and research competitive industry trends
• Analyze sales performance metrics and demonstrate excellent communication skill. And
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Prepare budgets and financial forecast
• Publish financial statements on time
• Conduct month-end and year-end and close process
• Collect , analyse and summerise account information
• Compute (WHT, VAT etc) taxes and tax returns, balance sheets, profit/loss statement etc.
• Remittance of relevant taxes as at when due and vetting of payroll
• Tax clearance certificate
• Develop periodic report for management
• Audit financial transactions and documents,
• Keep up with financial policies, regulations and legislations
• Ensure statements, records and invoices are in compliance with the laws, regulations and collective terms of agreements between Partners and the third party
• Examine statements to ensure accuracy
• Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in Accountancy, A professional certificate would be a plus
• Good understanding and analysis of online transactions and services
• Knowledge of basic accounting software
• Proven experiences on WHT, VAT computations and Tax Promax usage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have at least 4-5 years’ work experience.

Job Title: Dispatch Rider and Van Driver

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Keeping to schedules and delivery time line.
• Ensure that all parcels delivered are acknowledged by the recipients
• Receive delivery orders and instructions.
• Ensure packages are delivered in good condition.
• Collect payments or obtain signatures as required for proof of delivery
• Load and unload packages or documents onto the motorcycle/vehicle.
• Ensure that the motor bike is serviced as at when due and with duly approval.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and recipients
• Any other assignment as might be given by the management.
