Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the ExxonMobil Graduate Internship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
  • Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) within the last two years.
  • Be willing to participate in a one-year graduate internship program as part of ExxonMobil’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which aims to enhance the professional development of fresh graduates.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Management, SHE-related fields, or any Engineering discipline.
  • Have completed NYSC no more than two years ago.

Roles and Responsibilities

As an ExxonMobil Graduate Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing basic Industrial Hygiene (IH) activities as outlined in the annual IH work plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with IHFOM requirements in all service delivery phases.
  • Assisting in the local implementation of health hazard control programs, such as Occupational Health Global Systems and Practices.
  • Handling IH/MOH administrative tasks and other assigned duties.
