Job Duties

The Coronation Merchant Bank Graduate Trainee Program entails involvement in two specialized Academies:

1. The Insurance Academy
2. The Enterprise Academy, encompassing:
   • Technology
   • Assurance (Risk Management, Internal Audit & Control)
   • Operations
   • Legal
   • Finance

Qualifications

Candidates are required to possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree (BSc.) with a minimum of second class upper division (2:1)
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
• Age not exceeding 27 years at the time of application
• Any relevant professional qualifications or certifications are considered advantageous.
