- Dig deep into the rabbit holes of the internet, and gather the most exciting information about the given script topic, to make viewers of our YouTube channels enjoy the content maximally.
Write Compelling Scripts:
- Write retention-optimized, compelling storytelling scripts on the given topic with the interesting information you found during your research.
- Make sure the viewer feels satisfied during and after watching the video.
Optimize For Audience Retention:
- Optimize the hook and structure of the script to maximize audience retention, also known as the average view duration of the content.
- This is a crucial part of the work, as algorithms push content with high retention.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deeply yet time-efficiently research the exciting details of the script topic provided.
- Be able to dig into multiple sources of information.
- Write easy-to-understand, no-fluff, no-filler-content, retention-optimized, engaging, exciting, conversational, emotion-invoking scripts for video topics allocated to you, according to the script structure and guidelines provided.
- Constantly improve your writing abilities according to the feedback given by your supervisor, to maximize viewer satisfaction and retention.
