Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive customer experience to current and prospective bank customers on the banking floor.
- Adapt well to workplace stressors such as customer service complaints.
- Provide quality customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions (e.g., opening accounts) with a professional attitude.
- Identify customer needs, explain, and sell products and services.
- Participate in branch prospecting efforts.
- Assist customers with requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, balance discrepancies, loan information, etc.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and operational areas.
- May provide backup to the teller line as needed.
- Remain focused on tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, internal policies, procedures, and controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.
- As a crucial member of the Branch, assist wherever necessary to help the Branch and the Bank achieve their annual goals.

Education, Training, and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of internal products and services.
- Accurate and proficient math skills.
- Professional and friendly interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Clear thinking and the ability to stay focused.
- Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
- Must consistently demonstrate the Company’s core values: strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency, and humility.
- Typically, two (2) years of banking and/or customer service experience is required.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
