Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

  • Handling guest inquiries and booking reservations via phone, email, and the Kasar Stays website.
  • Logging all bookings into the Property Management System (Training provided).
  • Preparing Welcome Packs and sending them to arriving guests.
  • Requesting, providing, and responding to reviews on online platforms.
  • Attending team meetings.
  • Compiling and providing daily progress reports to management.
  • Logging guest issues/complaints and reporting them to the maintenance and operations team.
  • Liaising with the Housekeeping team.
  • Coordinating daily guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Providing daily arrival and check-out lists to the Operations and Housekeeping Teams.
  • Creating an events calendar and tasks on all booking platforms.
  • Setting up templates for Booking.com and Airbnb.
  • Updating and tracking errors on all booking sites.
  • Performing any other related tasks as identified by management.

Job Requirements/Skillsets:

  • B.Sc or Higher Diploma in a Social Science-related course, Public Relations and Communication, or any related discipline.
  • 3 – 5 years of work experience.
  • Essential – Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English).
  • Essential – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Essential – Stable internet access and power supply.
  • Essential – Access to a Laptop/Smartphone in good working order.
  • Essential – Ability to work remotely in a virtual environment.
  • Essential – Strong personal time management skills.
  • Desirable – Knowledge of the Travel industry and Hotel Booking Systems.
  • Desirable – Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Trip Advisor.
  • Desirable – Understanding of Channel Manager online solutions, such as Staah.
  • Desirable – Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Res:Harmonics, Kigo, or Hostfully.

Remuneration: N200,000 – N250,000 Salary Monthly
