Job Description

At Polaris Bank, we are currently recruiting for the position of Relationship Managers who will be responsible for selling financial services and products to customers. They will foster and maintain healthy relationships between the bank and both existing and prospective customers. Additionally, they will engage in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to maximize profits and contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Generate income and manage liabilities
  • Analyze and present credit information
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Promote and sell the bank’s products and services
  • Achieve key performance indicators, including liability and risk asset generation, account opening, income generation, and E-banking product offering
  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and process loan applications
  • Monitor active loans and ensure timely collection and recoveries

Preferred Skills and Experience

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following:
