Job Title: Accountant – Manufacturing Company
Location: Ajao, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
About The Role
- We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a background in manufacturing to manage our day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support strategic financial decision-making as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Track production costs, raw material usage, and stock valuation
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
- Process payroll and expense reimbursements accurately and on time
- Maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent certification (or in progress)
- Excellent Excel knowledge and skills
- Strong knowledge of an accounting software (e.g., SAP, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Cost accounting / inventory management experience
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.

- Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Manage and respond to social media messages and comments.
- Assist with creating and posting engaging social media content.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and serving Corps Members are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
- Ability to respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Candidates residing around Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, or nearby areas are preferred.
