This position is dedicated to providing casino visitors with the highest level of guest satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Six months of prior work experience is required.
- Experience in Gaming, Hospitality, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation Gaming license.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
- Must provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States.
- Preference will be given to Osage, Native American, and Veteran applicants for all positions at Osage Casinos.
- Applicants must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
COMMUNICATION:
- Stays informed of company information and updates by reviewing property bulletin boards, digital signage, and company newsletters.
- Communicates concerns and information effectively to supervisors and listens to feedback.
- Shares ideas for improvements with supervisors and management following the proper chain of command.
- Observes and reports any unsafe behavior exhibited by guests, both internal and external.
DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS:
- Monitors assigned e-gaming machines and assists in the payout of manual jackpots in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Assists with service requirements for gaming machine equipment following training and control procedures.
- Ensures the casino floor is clean and organized.
- May be required to prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as needed.
- Performs other related and compatible duties as assigned.
GUEST SERVICE:
- Provides excellent guest service, treating both internal and external guests with courtesy and consideration at all times.
- Collaborates and communicates with all fellow employees, consistently showing mutual respect and projecting a positive, helpful attitude.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE:
- Maintains strong working relationships with other company staff and relevant regulatory commissions and agencies to ensure compliance.
- Performs all duties in line with company core values, Osage Nation objectives, internal policies, and applicable laws and gaming regulations, including but not limited to the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, ONGR, the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control, USA Patriot Act, and Privacy Act.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Able to read company or departmental reports, newsletters, and documents.
- Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).

- Ability to perform assigned tasks under frequent supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with managerial staff, co-workers, guests, and the public. Works well alone or as part of a team.

- Utilizes MS Office products at a basic skill level (creating new documents, opening/editing existing documents).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- The employee must regularly stand for long periods, walk, sit, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Must be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crawl, balance, or crouch while performing duties.
- Must have the ability to use hands and arms to reach and lift above shoulders.
- Must have normal hearing and good verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and drag, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is typically performed within a Casino setting, with exposure to second-hand smoke.
- Evening and weekend shifts may be required, along with extended hours and irregular shifts. Ability to work nights and weekends is necessary.
- The noise level in the work environment ranges from moderate to high.
- The employee is regularly exposed to risks associated with travel between properties and to other areas as needed due to business demands.
