Description:
We are in search of self-motivated and qualified young individuals from Nigeria, characterized by integrity and a thirst for learning, to participate in an intensive 18-month technical skills development program at our Technical Training Centers located in Agbara, Abaji, and Flowergate Factories.

Successful candidates will receive a Nestlé Certificate of Participation upon completion of the program. Additionally, participants will undergo certification by City and Guilds of London Technician Awards, earning an Engineering Diploma at levels 3, 4, and 5.
Minimum Educational Requirements to Apply for Nestle Graduate Trainee Program 2024:
- Possession of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a Nigerian Polytechnic, obtained no earlier than 2020, in one of the following fields or related disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Installation & Maintenance Engineering, Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics), Industrial Measurement and Control/Instruments Mechanics Work, or Automation Engineering.
- A minimum of five (5) O-Level credits or their equivalent, obtained in one sitting, in the following subjects: Physics, Mathematics, English Language, Further Mathematics, and either Technical Drawing or Chemistry.
