About the Role

• HRLeverage Africa is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Audit Firm for the position of HR Manager.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s human resource operations, driving people management initiatives, ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices, and supporting the achievement of the firm’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee confirmation processes.
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and professional growth.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave management, and other HR operations.
• Provide HR advisory support to management on employee relations and organisational development.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes productivity, professionalism, and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and take initiative in implementing practical solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Must be a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant HR experience.
• Experience in a professional services environment (e.g., audit, consulting, legal, or financial services) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates residing in Ogba or nearby areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must be available to resume within 2 weeks to 1 month.

Salary
N250,000 per month

Job Title: Senior Tax Associate

Location: Nigeria

About the Role

• HRLeverage Africa is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Audit Firm for the position of Senior Tax Associate.
• We are seeking an experienced and proactive tax professional with a strong background in tax compliance, tax advisory, and audit.
• The successful candidate will manage multiple client engagements, ensure regulatory compliance, provide strategic tax solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance engagements for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare, review, and file statutory tax returns, including Companies Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE).
• Provide tax advisory and consulting services to clients across various industries.
• Represent clients during tax audits, investigations, and engagements with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and State Internal Revenue Services.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise clients on their implications.
• Identify tax planning opportunities while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Support audit engagements by providing tax-related expertise where required.
• Prepare tax reports, opinions, and other client deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where necessary.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, CITN, or its equivalent is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in tax, audit, or accounting.
• Previous experience in an Audit Firm or Chartered Tax Practitioners firm is required.
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet strict deadlines.
• Candidates residing in Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Maryland, Ketu, or nearby areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
