Job Requirements for In-Person Customer Service Representative:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Customer service experience
- Completion of written and field assessments, meeting/exceeding employee standards and supervisor approval for advancement
- Continued employment contingent upon meeting required training, certifications, and safety requirements
