Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the company’s HR function, driving recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy compliance across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll accuracy.
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and staff development.
- Develop and enforce HR policies in line with Nigerian labour law.
- Supervise HR administrative staff and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD certification required.
- 5–7 years progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for the company.

- Handle video editing from raw footage to final production.
