Job Title: Customer / HCP / Channel Loyalty Programs Executive

Location: Lagos

About the Job

  • The Loyalty Programs Executive will develop detailed marketing plans to encourage brand engagement among Consumer Health customers, HCPs, and Channel partners using various programs, campaigns, and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to conduct market research and audience segmentation
  • Brainstorm effective loyalty programs, promotional initiatives, and accompanying marketing collateral with the marketing team
  • Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of an overarching brand loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement, boost retention, and maximize sales
  • Perform in-depth target audience research and execute data-driven customer segmentation to ensure our loyalty programs are customized according to each audience segment
  • Study campaign reports, forecasting metrics, and industry trends to measure the impact and efficiency of our loyalty program
  • Manage the established budget for promotional initiatives and lead the financial planning and reporting for each project
  • Create and manage project calendar, oversee the execution of all loyalty marketing project, and update the overall promotional direction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of sales

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Marketing, Economics, Medical Sciences, or related (MBA added advantage)
  • 4+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, direct marketing, or similar role
  • 1-2 years of experience in Medical sales
  • Demonstrated experience translating customer insight to successful loyalty strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skill
  • Excellent budget management skill

  • As the Sales Specialist, you are primarily responsible for developing growth strategies and annual business plans for assigned brands in collaboration with Principal Partners and ISN’s Management and Marketing Team.
  • Your role involves driving sales strategies, supporting brand growth, and establishing market leadership in terms of both volume and value in Nigeria.
  • This role also requires prospect and develop business opportunities to sell ISN diagnostic products to customers within allocated region to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Brand/Product Growth:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in the creation of a strategic growth roadmap for ISN’s products, ensuring market leadership from both a volume and value perspective.
  • Conduct market and competitive landscape studies to segment the market into addressable markets and estimate their size in terms of revenue, profits, and growth rate.
  • Develop a comprehensive portfolio to cater to different customer segments.
  • Ensure that sales teams, channel partners, and end customers are well-trained on product benefits and have access to essential sales tools.
  • Ready Sales Tools are provided to Sales Teams – CPT Calculator, Comparisons with Internal and Competitive Products, Product Lifetime Operational Cost, Product Lifetime Maintenance Costs, Nuanced benefits including broader test range.

  • Implement ISN’s sales strategies while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Recommend ISN diagnostic products to customers to increase product awareness and revenue.
  • Provide recommendations on product offerings and promotional sales programs to customers.

Partner Management and Collaboration:

  • Manage relationship with partners including developing and implementing annual business plans in line with corporate strategy, goals, and objectives, and collaborate with partners to perform periodic business performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders such as supply chain and engineers to ensure the availability of quality products and that customer expectations are met.

Reporting:

  • Monitor market potentials, track sales, and provide regular status reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Lab Science, Biological sciences, business, or a related discipline)
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical laboratory device industry
