Job Title: Admin Manager

Job Description

  • The Administrative Manager is responsible for supervising the company’s Admin operations and leads the support staff team.
  • A critical element of this position is identifying key areas of improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Success in this role will be exhibited by the timely and efficient delivery of all Admin work, enabling the company to meet its goals and objectives.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems.
  • Administers use of facilities. equipment and space. maintains and repairs all existing facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinates and assembles confidential information.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses.
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Purchase new materials as needed.
  • Collecting, organizing and storing information using computers and filing systems
  • Overseeing and tracking the progress of special projects towards company goals
  • Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
  • Any other job that might be assigned by the Director of Administration.

Education and Experience

  • HND or B.Sc in any Business Administration, or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • A higher degree will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Administration role.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry will be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to work late hours and multi task.

Job Title: Aircraft Technician

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Aircraft Technician is responsible for performing routine checks on aircraft systems, such as electrical, communications, and hydraulic systems.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Makes repairs to aircraft that have been damaged
  • Inspects electronic and structural elements of aircraft on a regular basis
  • Diagnoses issues with aircraft and determines a solution
  • Makes reports on the work done and components that need to be replaced
  • Uses specialist equipment to check aircraft systems are in working order
  • Inspect aircraft for any component defects, break-outs, fluid leakages, etc.
  • Perform maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft components, with the instruction of the Engineer
  • Test aircraft operations to identify malfunctions.
  • Perform oil changes, battery service, hydraulic system service and other aircraft servicing tasks assigned
  • Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and company standards.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of aircraft interiors and exteriors.
  • Inspect aircraft engines for cracks and leaks.
  • Inform component repairs to shift lead and manager.
  • Operate support equipment that is used in the removal and installation of major aircraft components.
  • Use, maintain and store company-provided tools and equipment in a safe and proper manner.

Experience & Qualification

  • Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least two years of related experience required
  • Current credentials/related certificates will be an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to use ladders, work stands, lifts, etc. and be able to work on all areas of the aircraft that may require access during the performance of duties
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and confined spaces.
  • Physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, files and electronic equipment
  • Must not have any medical conditions that preclude certification of aircraft run/taxi of company aircraft and vehicles.

  • The B2 Engineer focuses on managing the necessary maintenance and repair checks concerned with the electrical systems and equipment on an aircraft

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Focuses on avionics centres around instrumentation and electrical/ electronic equipment
  • Ensures maintenance tasks and certification of aircraft are carried out to the highest possible standards of safety, quality and serviceability
  • Ensures all activities performed are closely monitored to ensure the best possible application of safety rules and regulations
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Completing maintenance and necessary checks on aircraft instruments and electronic equipment.
  • Understanding engineering diagrams and manuals
  • Exercising license/approval in relation to the inspection and everyday processes;
  • Signing off inspections and general tasks/ repair work.
  • Ensuring high-quality work is completed in relation to aircraft, components and completed documentation
  • Approving the quality of completed work.
  • Analyzing and interpreting technical information to assist pilots.
  • Understanding engineering diagrams and manuals.
  • Determining the condition of the aircraft’s parts and equipment.
  • Ensure crews and other departments are informed of any issues and the measures taken to rectify them.

  • Aircraft apprenticeship, aircraft engineering diploma, or equivalent part 147 basic training certificate
  • EASA Part 66 B2 License/NCAA certification required

Job Title: B1 Engineer

Job Summary

  • The B1 Engineer is hired to plan, organize and carry out aircraft maintenance checks following the airline’s maintenance schedule.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Focuses on engines and airframes of the aircraft
  • Keeps records of and performs scheduled maintenance
  • Makes emergency repairs and upgrades to aircraft
  • Prepares for Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) inspections
  • Ensures engineers observe all NCAA rules and regulations when performing any job duty
  • Undertaking tasks and projects related to aircraft maintenance
  • Exercising license/approval in relation to the inspection and everyday processes
  • Signing off inspections and general tasks/ repair work
