Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Design Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures, ensuring their stability, safety, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- The ideal candidate should be registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), possessing a deep understanding of structural engineering principles, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design structural engineering solutions for various projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations using computer-aided design (CAD) software, applying engineering principles and best practices.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to discuss project specifications, resolve design issues, and ensure seamless coordination.
- Utilize structural analysis software and tools to simulate and evaluate the performance of various structural components and systems.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Structural Design Engineer, with a focus on designing and analyzing structures for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, standards, and construction practices in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).

- Proven experience working as a Professional Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed architectural projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to create compelling 2D and 3D representations of architectural concepts.

3). Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop the engineering of various mechanical and process structures, skids and modules.
- Preparation of bills of materials (BoMs) for all designs.
- Take part in design conception and review.
- Provide support for the Production or Project Team during manufacturing, fabrication or construction.
- Study, research and analyze design and product requirements
- Generate high-quality designs and drawings using 2-D and 3-D software.
- Carry out various mechanical, structural and process analysis and calculations.
- Create and refine mechanical part and assembly drawings to capture design intent and document the key aspects necessary to accomplish the manufacturing goals. etc…
Job Requirements
- A First Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) Years’ Experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Design and Visualization Softwares.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering standards.
- Knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with an emphasis on teamwork, communication and customer satisfaction. • Industry Knowledge and very good understanding of Engineering principles
- Must be well-grounded in mechanical and industrial design principles.
- Very good knowledge of the M.S Office suite (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
