Job Title: Inventory & Stock Control Coordinator
Location: GRA, Port Harcourt – Rivers
Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Control Coordinator to manage the accurate receipt, storage, movement, reconciliation, and reporting of food and beverage inventory across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming stock against supplier documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, transfers, returns, damages, and dispatches.
- Conduct physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, and potential shortages/overstock.
- Track batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates using FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Coordinate stock releases and dispatches to customers and trade partners.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies, losses, and damages.
- Provide accurate stock availability information and inventory reports.
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in inventory control, warehousing, FMCG distribution, logistics, or stock management.
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, and expiry management.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and inventory-system skills.
- Strong numerical ability, accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and accountability in handling company inventory.
- Industry experience in FMCG, food & beverages, retail, distribution, or consumer goods will be a strong advantage.
Advantage:
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, expiry control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.

Job Title: Trade Development & Route-to-Market Lead
Location: GRA, Port Harcourt – Rivers
Job Description
- We are seeking a commercially driven Trade Development & Route-to-Market Lead to build and expand the company’s distribution footprint across Nigeria and, progressively, West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute route-to-market strategies for Nourri’s portfolio.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and trade partners.
- Develop relationships across traditional trade, modern trade, supermarkets, HORECA, and institutional channels.
- Identify high-potential territories, customer clusters, and distribution opportunities.
- Develop sales targets, customer acquisition, and market penetration plans.
- Support product launches and market expansion.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, stock movement, competitors, and channel performance.
- Build relationships with key accounts and major retail/wholesale customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, distribution, trade marketing, key accounts, or route-to-market development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian distributors, wholesalers, retailers, modern trade, and traditional trade.
- Proven ability to develop new territories, channels, and customer relationships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, commercial planning, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and build distribution networks from the ground up.

Job Description
- We are seeking a commercially minded and highly resourceful professional to lead the identification, evaluation, and development of strategic product and manufacturer partnerships across Nigeria, West Africa, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential FMCG and food & beverage categories.
- Source and engage manufacturers, brands, suppliers, and exporters.
- Conduct market, competitor, pricing, and profitability analysis.
- Develop supplier pipelines and commercial proposals.
- Support negotiations on pricing, MOQS, territories, and distribution agreements.
