Job Summary
- We are hiring data scientists who’ve built solutions for LLMs, and watched those models fail spectacularly. Not theory. Real production failures with real consequences.
- You will work on production LLM systems that handle complex, high-stakes queries across finance, legal, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production logs to identify recurring failure patterns.
- Design and implement custom evaluations that go beyond standard metrics.
- Fine-tune and align models (LoRA, full fine-tuning DPO) for domain-specific tasks.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines with focus on precision and recall.
- Create guardrail systems (classifiers, rule layers, confidence scoring) to filter or correct model outputs.
- Document failure modes and share findings across engineering and product teams.
- Partner with engineers to deploy models into production environments.
- Own the full lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
- 3+ years’ experience working with LLMs in production environments.
- Experience in Python Programming and Proven track record of building and deploying custom AI models (not just API wrappers).
- You must have created projects and solutions for LLMs to solve and they failed to solve and they failed to solve the problem accurately.
- Deep understanding of transformers, attention, and model architectures.
- Experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, and LangChain or similar frameworks.
- Strong Knowledge of retrieval systems (vector databases, hybrid search, reranking).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights and Biases, Kubernetes).
- Solid software engineering practices: testing, version control, code review.

Job Summary
- As a Legal Assistant, you will be the backbone of our litigation and transactional team.
- You will be tasked with high-level preparatory work, legal research, and document management.
- You will be actively involved in case strategy and client preparation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research using platforms like; Nigerian case law repositories, LawPavilion, LexisNexis e.t.c.
- Draft and review agreements, court processes, opinions, and correspondence.
- Assist with due diligence, document review, and transaction support.
- Prepare briefs, memoranda, and filings for litigation and corporate matters.
- Manage communication with clients, counsel, and regulatory bodies (CAC, FIRS, etc).

- Hands-on experience drafting court processes, contracts, or transaction documents is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Job Title: Senior JavaScript Developer

Job Summary
- We are building the next generation of AI-powered developer tools, and we need a Senior JavaScript Developer who can bridge the gap between production-grade code and model training data.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute semantic annotation pipelines for JavaScript/TypeScript code snippets, including function logic, error handling, async patterns, and security flows.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to define annotation schemas that capture execution traces, data flow, and edge cases in real-world JS applications.
- Build internal tooling (Node.js, React) to accelerate annotation QA, versioning, and active learning loops.
