Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a diligent and reliable Production Officer to support daily production operations and ensure products are prepared, packaged, and handled in line with quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of products.
- Operate basic production equipment while adhering to safety and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the production area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Label, organize, and store finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with deliveries, loading, and inventory/store supply management as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or OND.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure consistent product quality, and drive operational efficiency to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Coordinate manpower, raw materials, and other production resources effectively.
- Monitor production output, product quality, and compliance with SOPs and health & safety standards.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare production reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and health & safety regulations.

- We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Factory Operations Manager to oversee daily factory operations, drive production efficiency, ensure quality standards, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations across production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and facilities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.
- Monitor production efficiency, inventory control, and equipment performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop factory teams while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, bakery, packaging, or similar production environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience managing factory operations and production teams.

Job Summary
- In this role, you will be the custodian of our inventory, responsible for the efficient management of materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy in records, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
Receipt of Materials:
- Physically receive materials and office supplies, verifying them against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Intimate the Operations Manager immediately in case of any deviations in quantity or quality.
- Issue Goods Received Notes and tag all materials.
- Maintain accurate entry of receipts in bin cards and manual Excel logs for backup.
Issuance of Materials:
- Issue materials to user departments based on approved requests.
- Create and manage a list of minimum stock items to trigger timely replenishment.
- Maintain manual Excel entries for all requested inventory.
Inventory Control:
- Manage overall stock levels and prepare replenishment requisitions.
- Update bin cards and conduct periodic stock-taking exercises.
- Reconcile physical inventory with accounting records and generate reports.
- Ensure the physical safety and protection of store supplies.
- Monitor for and report obsolete stock, and take action to prevent overstocking or understocking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date records.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to stock management.
