Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Description
- We need a young, vibrant Marketing Manager to join the Team as part of our expansion programme.
- It is expected that the prospective candidate has knowledge of Real Estate.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales of properties with existing and new prospective clients
- Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through inspections, sending cold emails, calls etc
- Develop innovative ideas to boost sales using social media platforms
- List details of properties for sale on all company’s marketing platforms
- Develop, establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Required
- A BSc Degree in Estate Management or Business Administration with 3 – 4 years post graduate experience in the Real Estate Sector as a Marketing Staff.
- Excellent communication skills
- Applicants must reside within Lekki or Ajah axis.
Remuneration
N300,000 monthly with commission on Sales.

Description

Responsibilties

- Our client, a Snack manufacturing company urgently needs a Procurement Officer, who will be responsible for responsible for sourcing high-quality raw materials & packaging materials at competitive prices.
Job Description
- Supplier Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules with suppliers to secure the best value for ingredients and packaging.
- Inventory & Demand Planning: Monitor stock levels of raw materials, coordinating with production teams to forecast demand and avoid material shortages.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, commodity price fluctuations (e.g., agricultural products), and supplier performance to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Quality Compliance: Work with Quality Assurance teams to ensure all incoming raw materials meet company standards.
- Purchasing Documentation: Process purchase orders (POs), verify invoices, and maintain accurate procurement records.
Requirements
- A Degree in Management or Supply Chain at least 4 years experience in procurement in a similar manufacturing set up. Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking.

Summary
- We need someone who will drive the finance structure of the Company and ensure revenue assurance, enforce internal control systems, budgeting & previous experience working in a food processing/manufacturing company is also required.
Responsibitlies
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and monitor actual performance against projected financials.
- Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and prepare tax returns.

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly.
